Openings Spark acts solely as an intermediary for sharing such content and does not take responsibility for verifying the accuracy, legality, or completeness of any User Content. By agreeing to these terms, you release and discharge Openings Spark, along with its affiliates, employees, and representatives, from any and all claims, liabilities, and damages, whether direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental, known or unknown, including but not limited to any potential risks, to the maximum extent allowed by law.
